Do you enjoy space? Then grab it instantly. If not, opt for CS or whatever teens rely on today.

It depends on the situation. I usually judge a game's worth by how much it costs compared to the time invested. If you're just playing casually, it’s unlikely to be valuable since it’ll become dull quickly. But if you’re serious about exploring, it can be worth twice as much because you’ll invest significant time in learning, experimenting, and improving your skills while enjoying the process.

If you're going to act like people in GTA do, things will become dull fast. Learning physics is a good idea and your investment makes sense. It really depends on your patience—do you feel comfortable spending hours on an aircraft or trying to land a lander only to crash because your skills are still developing? Yes, it's tough, especially in career mode. Your interests matter a lot. I also suggest checking out Scott Manley's videos.

I really like KSP. It usually sells for $30 unless you need it immediately. I just got Jeb on Minmus on Monday. Get ready to try a lot. It's definitely not an easy game.

I’m excited to dive deeper into physics on my own—looks like you’re already motivated! It usually takes a few hours of consistent effort, but the amount depends on your pace and how much you study each day.

You'll need to grasp some fundamental orbital mechanics, not overly complex. The real challenge lies in planning tasks and researching through the wiki, which can take a significant amount of time.

It's a challenging game that requires a lot of time to become proficient. I suggest checking out some videos by Scott Manley to see if it suits your taste.
