However, MP3 isn't a full open-world experience.

The issue wasn't just about the engine; it was a major challenge for developers shifting from DX8 to DX9, which is clearly visible in GTA IV. The game performed poorly even on older consoles like the PS3 and Xbox 360.

It's essentially similar to the latest consoles, so I assume the standards won't be overly strict OR will be extremely demanding. Fingers crossed it's at least Max Payne 3 quality!

It was simple to run on Intel or NVIDIA devices. However, with an AMD CPU or GPU the performance drops significantly. This is based on my personal experience. I wish they would improve GTA V for those platforms.

The program performs poorly on my i7 2600 + 660 Ti configuration, with both AMD and Intel experiencing issues.

It's incorrect. I used the FX-6300 and R7 260X, and it works smoothly at 1080p and ULTRA quality with around 50-60 frames per second.

I don't think that's accurate. Back when I played GTA IV on High Preset at 1080p using my old HD 6970, I maintained steady around 40 frames per second. Now with my ROG MARS graphics card, I'm seeing more than 75 FPS, though there are a few moments where it drops to about 50 FPS.

You're facing issues even at lower settings. Try adjusting other parameters and see if it improves performance.

What updates are installed? Are you opting for the newest release, and is your game obtained illegally? The unofficial copy performs much less smoothly due to poor cracks.
