The CPU could benefit from a bit more overclocking. I previously used an overclocked i5 750, which performed almost as well as the 920, and noticed better results in most games. Since reaching 99-100% load on certain sections really pushes the need for higher performance, it becomes even more important to boost that CPU. On the flip side, I’m unsure about the 5570’s capabilities, but the 4670, which I’ve owned, is roughly half as fast as the 9800GT/8800GT—likely not ideal for optimal play.

This individual is offering a 650 Ti Boost 2GB chip for $65. I’d consider checking it out.

The GPU is quite outdated, barely handling GTA 4 let alone GTA 5

I played GTA4 on a 250 GTS and it performed better than on either console, with smoother operation.
