Sorry, it wasn't available on GeForce Now anymore. R* removed it from that platform, which affected your access.

Previously you could run any game on GeForceNow from Epic Games, though I’m unsure if they released a fix. You might try Steam Link, but the game needs to be installed on another device with the same problems. Just get GTA SA.
