I understand your perspective on multiple launchers. To access everything I want, I need the Microsoft Store, Epic Store, Ubisoft Store, various Blizzard, Rockstar, Origin, Humble Bundle, Steam stores, and the Xbox interface which requires signing in. It can get overwhelming sometimes, especially when comparing it to just one store on PlayStation.
From a visual standpoint, it's actually quite efficient, particularly after the Vulkan renderer was introduced. At times, the number of elements displayed on the screen becomes overwhelming.
