Check your Dell Inspiron 3647 specs carefully. The Intel Pentium G3220 3.0 GHz with 4GB DDR3 SDRAM at 1600 MHz should handle modern games like Fallout 4 smoothly at around 60 FPS on 1080p resolution, especially if you're using a stable setup. If you notice any noticeable lag or stutter, upgrading the graphics card or switching to a more powerful CPU would be wise. As a beginner, start with the basics—ensure your RAM and GPU are compatible before moving to more advanced upgrades. Let me know if you need help finding the right parts!

Hello. Consider trying this approach, though it won’t suffice for a solid Fallout 4 adventure. I suggest diving into Fallout New Vegas until you upgrade to an i5/i7. I haven’t played Fallout before, but I’ve enjoyed many Elder Scrolls titles. Rather than starting with Fallout 4, I opted for an earlier release. New Vegas is an excellent choice. It might be a few years old, but it still looks impressive. If your graphics card is too large, you can trim the case to fit. Always ask an adult for assistance. Make sure to take out all parts before working on the case. ...or you could invest in a full system instead.
