Almost certain. Most titles are tested on PC first. In fact, many "console-only" games get their final versions played on PC with various looks, even if they’re exclusive for one platform. Forza is a prime case—demoed at events and runs on PC with different graphics despite being an Xbox title. However, that doesn’t imply the same will happen for FFXV or other upcoming releases.

Mobile games really don't appeal to me at the moment, haha. I haven't played many of the ones I already have on my phone.

Actually, it's not DMC into FF; the combat style leans more toward KH in FF, and I'm happy to try it.
