You can relocate BF4 to D:/Games without losing its full functionality. Simply drag the game file from D:/Program Files (x86)/Origin Games into D:/Games, then adjust the folder settings as needed.

I think you have to do something like start downloading the game and let it get to 1% then close Origin completely, after that you go to the place it started downloading the game and delete the files it downloaded and replace them with your completed files. Turn Origin back on and the download should go to 100%. I'll just double check that though... EDIT: Yup that is it. You need to move the game file after it’s saved to a random temporary spot. Restart Origin so it thinks the game isn’t there yet, then download it again to the correct location. Pause the download when it’s about 1-3% complete and close Origin. Move the finished game folder back to D:/Games, replacing any old files. Launch Origin once more and continue the download; it should recognize everything and confirm completion.
