Play audio and video at a reduced speed while using a headset for sound output.
I performed a new Windows 10 setup to prepare my SSD and HDD. When I set my headset as the audio source, both audio and video slowed down significantly. The system functioned normally otherwise, but playback became noticeably choppy. Watching YouTube videos also slowed up. Switching the audio output to Realtek fixed the issue instantly, though the USB headset remained silent. Using a non-USB headphone resolved the problem. Connecting via Bluetooth to Alexa worked without issues. The headset (Edifier G2 II) operated perfectly before I reset Windows. Testing on my laptop confirmed it still works fine. I've tried reinstalling Realtek drivers from the motherboard site, uninstalling and re-downloading them, updating through Device Manager, and installing from the manufacturer's site—none resolved the problem. Any suggestions?
I've encountered the same problem before, have you solved it?
