You can move your singleplayer mc world to a multiplayer server by placing it in the appropriate world folder. The end and nether folders are typically for multiplayer servers, while DIM1 and DIM-1 are usually separate folders used within those worlds. Make sure your world is saved correctly before transferring.

Enter your Minecraft directory (%appdata%\.minecraft), then open the saves folder. Choose the Singleplayer world you wish to use for your Multiplayer Server, and drag it into your Server folder. A folder named "world" will appear inside your Server folder; remove it. Rename the dragged world folder to "world". Restart your server and you're done.
