CPU performance is solid, but I’d likely need top-tier RAM such as DDR3-1600 at 3000MHz to avoid any delays.

I’m a bit doubtful about this. Minecraft servers usually prefer powerful processors, but your graphics card seems fine for the job. It really depends on the mods you use and how much RAM you need. I’d avoid running more than a couple of worlds at once.
