At startup, it’s using only 480MB of memory, whereas the previous version needed close to a gigabyte. I was planning to go all the way to bare metal, but the graphics card I wanted to install wouldn’t fit, and I don’t want to risk anything with the existing NVidia chip. So I’ll wait for a new PSU to be available. I’m choosing to keep this system running in the long term, so I’m opting for an 80+ Platinum power supply.
