You can selectively back up folders instead of individual files using Windows Backup or third-party tools. There’s no built-in option to backup entire 2TB datasets directly, but you can organize and preserve important folders like school and photography files.

I set up the file menu utilities and then click the folder you wish to save, selecting the option to copy it to the backup drive.
