I considered a minor character change for your 3200G. With a tower cooler, it could be worth trying something small. A tweak like adjusting cooling settings or adding a fan boost might help without major changes.

Your motherboard's power and airflow performance matter more than the cooler. Even if you use liquid nitrogen to cool the CPU, it won't work well without a steady power supply from the board.

Sure, it's not the top VRM or heatsink, but it should work fine for a modest overclock.
