a plan with up to 1000mbs for $60 per month or an extra $25 for 400mbs. I intend to connect my PC to the router, download files occasionally, and have two laptops and phones in my apartment all online at once. Feedback appreciated!

It seemed a bit unclear about the details, but it mentions "up to" and "starting at 100mbs."

Plans begin at 100mbps, yet performance reaches up to 100mbps. This means you might experience speeds under 100mbps occasionally, but it doesn’t matter much since even 10mbps would suffice. Paying $60 for 100mbps isn’t particularly impressive.

I've got buddies nearby who have data limits. Since I'm in Dallas, everything works fine. My roommate can't spend more than what's needed, and I won't either. If I pick the 400 plan, I'll end up paying the $25 on my own.
