The term "ping" describes the time it takes for messages to travel between two points. You can't achieve a ping of zero on the internet. Increasing bandwidth doesn't reduce ping, since ping measures delay. More bandwidth allows more data to move simultaneously, but it won't decrease the time it takes to respond.

A regular person can't provide the rates I mention here. They offer 2000 Turkish liras in this area. With a solid internet connection, you might see a boost to 10/10 speed. If you're lucky, you could get near-perfect 1000/1000 internet in Istanbul. The cost is 100 Turkish lira. I’m paying 160 Turkish lira for 100 mbps in Bursa. Internet usage here is quite unusual. The government’s current goal is to deliver 100 mbps to every home by 2023 using VDSL, though many believe it’s just a promise.

You haven't clarified your question. What's your internet speed? US connections aren't much better. In certain locations you'll find fiber, while many neighborhoods have vDSL or coaxial service. In remote spots... you might need to accept limited choices, possibly around 3 Mbps aDSL, which technically doesn't count as broadband under US regulations. Additionally, many regions only offer one provider, who may not meet your needs. We're paying $86 a month for 200/10 service with a 1.2 TB limit. The next best choice for us is 4G LTE home internet through T Mobile.

The areas with ADSL in our nation are quite poor. Many of these zones consist of informal settlements or small villages. Occasionally, even areas with limited speeds offer kbps connections. It’s wise to examine the internet cost per unit. When viewed in dollar terms, our rates might seem affordable. However, when salaries are considered nationwide, both the speed and cost remain high. In these regions, a direct link is established using copper cables dating back to the 1970s-80s. Turkey relies on Europe’s slowest and most costly internet connections. Most major game servers are hosted in Germany, with a typical latency of about 25 ms to Germany. Generally, this exceeds 50 ms. This is largely due to our significant international expenses. The company I previously worked with was state-owned before being transferred to Arab hands, and there’s widespread resentment toward Arabs in the country. Turkey’s internet service halted in 2012 and has not improved since. Prices have consistently risen. When fiber initially arrived, download speeds were advertised at 2 Mbps, but the actual speed was only 100/2, and the price demanded was around 110 dollars at that time. I hope this ineffective government has faded away, as the currency is now nearly worthless amid rampant corruption. Regarding your query, for instance, Lol servers are based in Istanbul, where latency is only 9 ms. Broadcasting at a 2000 bitrate pushes my ping up to 20-30 ms, and the delay becomes noticeable.

That aint shit. Your problem most likely is not enough upload rate. When you saturate your upload you can have issues. Like I said I get 30 ms a lot of the time. 30 ms is very good considering. Hell I believe that anything under 50ms is good enough for most games. There are lots of people who wish they had 30 ms.

Dude, I usually use 9 ms for smooth play. The game runs well when loaded, but it slows down to 20-30 ms which causes lag. The server is in Istanbul. My friend gets internet from another provider with a 5 Mbps upload and stable ping of 8-9. He uses fiber to the house like me, and he starts the game at 4000 bitrate with consistent ping.
