I repeatedly experience significant ping fluctuations (100-1500ms) every few seconds. This severely hinders online gaming and streaming, even with a fast 250mbps connection. I've shared a screenshot of the spikes here: https://imgur.com/a/Wice9or. I've tried numerous troubleshooting steps and solutions online, including reinstalling Windows, but nothing has resolved the issue. My setup uses an Ethernet connection, and other devices on the network also face the same problem. The issue has persisted since Thursday evening, with no apparent cause identified. What should I do?

I assume you modified the Ethernet cable connected to that specific computer just to verify. That’s all I had in mind. Sorry if it caused any issues.

I used two distinct ethernet cables and it didn't affect the result, regrettably.
