I can't access your files, but the board diagram you shared appears to show a single fan header. It recommends using a Molex or SATA power adapter for the fan.

The board diagram clearly shows a USB Connector, a Serial (COM1) Connector, and an unmentioned third connector. Please review the images for completeness.

Uncertain about this. It seems unlikely to be a fan header given the configuration, particularly with the board diagram highlighting the system fan header. It could also connect to a front panel or service connector near the CMOS jumper.
