You have a CPU missing a pin, but the 3600X boots into Windows. Only one stick of your 2x8GB RAM is detected. You might try checking the RAM connections, using a different RAM module, or consulting the motherboard manual for possible workarounds.

just related to a memory channel then. you can try though i doubt it'll work ( soldering an extra pin).
