The device needs a method to manage it, otherwise a repair is necessary for control if the display fails.

Consider using a USB-C to USB-A adapter, then add a USB mouse, and test if it functions as touch input. Certain Android phones may ask you to confirm the connection manually for safety, so you might need to rely on the touchscreen first...

I got that USB-C adapter for GeForce, and it actually works fine without needing any calibration on the phone. Thanks a lot!
