I'm using a Ryzen 3 2200G and started Phoenix OS with Windows. It boots fine, but the screen looks warped.

i've never heard of that OS, when i looked it up i landed on a totally broken website. i'm assuming that this is an unknown OS that hasn't been updated in years and therefore does not support a modern graphics card. i highly urge you to use a well-established linux distribution such as Manjaro or Ubuntu.

Alongside Twilight's post, have you attempted to restart a recently installed live OS from USB or DVD? -> Does it start properly? In addition, you seem to provide very little detailed information, showing minimal effort by simply sharing the steps you tried on your own. I believe more people would be willing to assist, but the way you phrased your question might confuse most Stack Exchange users.

Looks like a Chinese Android x86 Project. Your Ryzen chip is more than likely not supported. Android x86 only officially supports a few Intel Atom CPU's, everything else is either reverse engineered, or runs in a compatibility layer, typically with limited support.
