When I attempt to shut down or restart my Windows 11 PC, I frequently encounter a "This app is preventing shutdown" warning. The listed application has no visible name, only an icon that I can't recognize. It sometimes shows up and disappears, and while I can force a shutdown, it's frustrating and raises concerns because the app isn't identifiable. Since I can't capture the screen during shutdown, I've recreated the icon using Microsoft Paint. I'm hoping someone can help determine what this app is and why it appears. Please note it doesn't show in the task manager either.

Antivirus Scan: Execute a complete system check for malicious software or unwanted programs.
Check Task Manager: Identify odd processes or apps and terminate them.
End Unwanted Background Apps: Close all third-party applications manually before shutting down.
Examine Startup Programs: Turn off any unnecessary or suspicious startup entries.
Clean Boot: Run a clean boot to detect interference from external apps. This can be achieved via the msconfig tool, though I suggest saving this option until last and seeking guidance on the process first. If you have a PIN, remove it before proceeding as it may affect clean boots.
Event Viewer: Examine logs for errors or warnings tied to the problem. Application logs often show errors with IDs in the 1000 range.
