I own a pg348q and purchased it a month ago. I attempted to increase its speed to 100 hertz, but the monitor doesn't respond to any input like moving the mouse. The screen is visible, yet it remains unresponsive. Do you know what might be causing this issue?

You might attempt linking the screen to another device to see if it resolves the issue. If it functions on a laptop or another desktop but not on your own computer, the problem likely lies with the computer itself rather than the display.

It might help to connect the screen to another device and see if it functions there. If it works on a laptop or another desktop but not on your own computer, the issue likely lies with the computer itself, not the display.
