Hi everyone. I'm a beginner in IT and I'm trying to assemble an all-in-one PFSense box. I'm looking for advice on making it work with ADSL+2 PCIe or PCIe card. Thanks! P.S. Sorry for my unclear English.

I didn't realize they were available until I searched for them. It looks like the manufacturer makes one. The problem is compatibility with your ISP. Some providers are more strict than others. Even if a device meets the same standard, the ISP might not support it. Also, with cable modems, the ISP can push configurations and sometimes firmware to the device—uncertain how this applies to add-on cards. My first step would be to verify PFSense's compatibility with these cards.

Thanks for the update, donut417. I’ve looked into it and haven’t found a suitable card yet. My ISP uses PPPOE LLC, and I already have my username and password. I’m able to set it up now and will keep searching.

Choose a separate ADSL modem. VDSL2 options are affordable but I'm searching for something under ~150€.

ADSL2+ cards lack drivers compatible with pfSense, so consider using a Draytek Vigor 130 in bridge mode instead.

I'll search for options that enable bridge mode.
