I believe you can create a new layout and install it on Windows. It will show up in the taskbar if you follow the steps. If that doesn't work, adding a toolbar can help open folders and let you run scripts or programs to adjust your layout. (The .bat file appears because I enable file extensions.) This method is a bit unconventional but could be useful if you really need it in the taskbar without much hassle.
