I’ve been experiencing fluctuating ping times across all of my games. During gameplay, I’ll suddenly see a significant increase, resulting in erratic teleportation. This issue occurs consistently in titles like Apex Legends, Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, and PUBG. My temperatures are normal. The instability makes the game unplayable and is incredibly frustrating. I’ve attempted troubleshooting steps including reinstalling my graphics drivers, network drivers, contacting my internet service provider, replacing both my Ethernet cable and router, modifying my static DNS settings, and upgrading my RAM (though this was not the primary reason for the upgrade). None of these actions resolved the problem. My computer specifications are as follows: CPU: Ryzen 5 2600 (stock), Motherboard: B450 Aorus Pro, RAM: Patriot Viper 4 Series 3000MHz 16GB (4x4), GPU: GeForce RTX 2060, PSU: Corsair vs550, Storage: Sandisk SSD Plus 120GB + Kingston 240GB.

How does your ping (internet speed test) perform when selecting a distant server?

My latency is typically around 50 milliseconds.
I’m able to track it within Counter-Strike using net_graph, and I observe it spiking to 150-200 during periods of lag before returning to my usual value.
This issue occurs in all games; however, I cannot monitor it in Apex Legends. Despite experiencing the same lag, I know it’s the identical problem.

I plan to utilize
https://www.cfos.de/en-us/cfosspeed/cfosspeed.htm
leveraging my motherboard’s adapter capabilities to evaluate potential improvements.
If my understanding is accurate, this software functions as a type of bandwidth prioritization?
