It would have been useful to see what you've already attempted. That discussion eliminates most of the ideas we'd likely suggest. What's unclear is whether this problem shows up after a fresh Windows install with just a problematic game (as @emosun mentioned an offline title) and updated drivers, but without any iCue or Logitech software. Chipset drivers are installed for the motherboard, LAN, and Wi-Fi. It might be worth trying FrameView to capture metrics—it could uncover something else. Running DLSS seems to help? From what I read elsewhere, it likely points to a hardware issue. Still, it's tough to eliminate software causes since we depend on your details. Sometimes a harmless program or setting can trigger problems.

I'm sorry, I misunderstood your message. Could you clarify what you meant to include? The part you described needs to be added or edited for the edit.

Have you checked if these games functioned properly on another machine with comparable specs? I’m curious since a full system replacement seems unnecessary, and I’m wondering if you’re encountering something unique across different environments. Would trying an Intel configuration help reproduce the problem?

Heaven no, my streaming rig is using the same games, they’re working just fine. Sure, there are some frame drops, but that’s normal for a GTX 1080. The partpicker link you shared is here: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/B337fv. It seems like I’m stuck with no clear solution—both setups look identical except for the extra software and hardware. That system has OBS, Elgato, Ghub, and Icue installed. The chipset is a 3700, which is way beyond its capacity, making things even more frustrating.

Check the screens you’re using—some models support G-Sync on one display while not the other. There are two Acer monitors listed for this build, but only one is active.

On my gaming setup I use one Samsung Odyssey 32G5 display, which replaced my old Acer XF240H. I upgraded to a streaming PC to achieve 1440p resolution. Before that change, the system struggled with performance and I suspected the graphics card was being overloaded at 1080p.

Both systems support G-Sync. To set up the Nvidia drivers on both machines, you’ll need to install the appropriate drivers on each computer. Also, ensure the games run in full screen mode rather than windowed, as performance improvements come from that setting.

Here’s a revised version of your notes with clearer phrasing and structure:

- Checked whether MSI Center is installed; if present, remove it.
- Configured the Nvidia control panel to prioritize maximum performance, set Windows power plan to High Performance, disabled desktop wallpaper changes, enabled PCI-E mode 3.0.
- Tested these adjustments—did they resolve the issue?
- Verified that Infinity Fabric settings match a 2:1 ratio between RAM speed and CPU speed (expected 1800:3600).
- Disabled all power-saving features in the UEFI, including CPU C-states.
- Reviewed MSI’s BIOS manual for guidance but found it unhelpful.
- Ensured PBO and other MSI UEFI settings were turned off to simplify troubleshooting.
- Confirmed that RAM specifications should be set manually: 3600 MHz and 1.35 volts as a starting point.
- If Infinity Fabric remains auto, manually adjusted it to 1800 MHz and tried booting.
- Noted that XMP profiles often fail; RAM timings may need manual adjustment.
- Suggested testing with a known-good system to isolate the problem.
- Offered an alternative: boot into UEFI, use a USB drive, and capture screenshots of all settings for further analysis.

Let me know if you’d like this condensed or expanded further.

Thanks a lot for the thorough troubleshooting guide. All the top options I've tried before have failed so far. Now these are fresh suggestions that might work. I've already tested 1, 3, and 4, but I haven't done them all yet. After work tonight, I won't be working on those again and will share my findings. Appreciate you taking the time to assist me.
