When I launch Heaven 4, it runs smoothly at 230 FPS using two 2080 Ti graphics cards. My 9900K at 5.3Ghz still delivers strong results. Cinebench R15 shows a solid performance with 4600 and 209 scores. Everything looks normal except TimeSpy. I ran the benchmark on the 7980XE at 4.7Ghz with two 2080 Tis, and the power supply is fine—it's a 1600W unit. In short, here are the outcomes with 9900K at 5.3Ghz: 3DMark Score 25464, Graphics Score 31183, CPU Score 12488, Graphics Test 1 199.66 fps, Test 2 181.64 fps, CPU Test 41.96 fps. The CPU test is unusual. My 7980XE scores lower than this at 4.7Ghz. I've disabled Cstates in BIOS and tried older versions (1.07, 1.08). Now I'm using the latest BIOS. Afterburner RivaTuner indicates the CPU runs at only 50% speed during testing, despite the clock being 4.7Ghz. The reason isn't clear to me. Can you help figure out how to resolve this?
I had a comparable issue recently with my Ryzen. I didn’t make any changes to my configuration, and I occasionally run Timespy for performance checks. The CPU score seems significantly lower than expected. After restarting twice, the benchmark returned to normal. It might be related to Windows updates or a 3Dmark adjustment.
The benchmark doesn't seem to leverage more than eight cores effectively.
Others have a value of 15,000 while mine is 12,200. That doesn't match.
