You should grant the driver permission by configuring the appropriate access settings in the TP-Link device's settings. Check the driver documentation for specific steps to allow folder access.

Navigate to the device manager, then select network adapters. It might appear in the USB section labeled 'Universal Serial Bus devices.' Double-click your Wi-Fi adapter, go to driver settings, update or install the driver, then choose it manually and confirm the driver is installed. If issues persist, extract the folder if it's zipped and double-click its program.

I've already checked the device manager, but it doesn't appear anywhere.

Sure, I get it—maybe I’m explaining too much. I don’t see anything obvious here.

I located it, it was accessible via Bluetooth, but pairing with a Bluetooth device isn't working even though drivers are current.

This area likely contains information, and you can access it by clicking on it. Proceed to settings and review the Bluetooth settings.

That's correct, it seems both the keyboard and the Bluetooth adapter are functioning properly.

Does not verify adapter functionality, but confirms keyboard operation. Reach out to Tp support via the provided link.
