I’m trying to understand your computer’s permission issues. It seems something changed recently, causing problems that repeat sometimes. I’ll share what I found—especially the game install library stuck in read-only mode. I noticed this happened when moving a game file to the C drive, and I suspect it might be related to a permissions change. Let me know if you’d like more details or further help.

I don't perceive any problem. Could you clarify your question?

Seems fine. It might be that your account isn't part of the Administrators group, so you can only read and not write?

I questioned why there are two admins and multiple systems. My account is the sole one, marked as admin, yet changing the read-only setting for the programx86 folder has no effect—it still remains read-only. Also, I’m curious about the creator owner; since it’s just my machine with only one user account, am I allowed to remove duplicates?

These are the standard permission settings. Avoid adjusting them. No benefit is gained. Read-only mode is intentionally enabled to prevent malicious programs from writing unless they invoke the Trusted Installer, which triggers a UAC prompt.
