I own an iBuyPower gaming box (https://www.bestbuy.com/site/ibuypo...0g...Id=6459651) that has performed well over the past couple of years. Recently, though, after a few hours of powering it up, the monitor goes black and displays a signal loss message. The tower remains illuminated, but there is no screen. I suspected the graphics card might be overheating, so I used a hardware monitor to check temperatures, and they appear to be within normal ranges.
Since then, I've noticed that when the monitor loses connection, my keyboard backlight shuts off (assuming it also disconnects), and another computer shows a message indicating the gaming box has dropped off the network. It seems that even though the tower stays on, all peripherals and connections disappear. (Monitor = HDMI, Keyboard = USB, Network = RJ45)
I keep holding the power button until the tower shuts down. Restarting the computer restores everything. The longer I leave it off, the longer it takes for the monitor to lose signal. If I leave it off overnight, it works the next day without losing peripherals or connections until evening. If I leave it off for 15 or 20 minutes, it functions for about an hour before failing.
I opened the case, cleaned the screens and fans, reinserted the graphics card, and updated the driver early, thinking it was a GPU-related issue. Now I’m unsure what to do since it seems to affect more than just the graphics card.

I didn't test other cables. Because the monitor loses its signal, the keyboard drops, and the LAN connection cuts off at once, I stopped paying attention to the GPU.
Would replacing the cable and using a different port on the GPU help prevent the keyboard from disconnecting and keep it connected to the LAN?
The reasons to switch to a different cable/port are that the current one might be defective. It could theoretically lead to random problems like yours. It might also be due to a hardware conflict. The specifications listed don't include the motherboard, which is why I inquired. You can fix this by installing or using CPU-z. Open the mainboard section, and record the motherboard model and BIOS version.
I need some advice on this. According to the ASRock.com page, the Flash Memory Writer tool isn't compatible with all ASRock motherboards. They recommend using the built-in Flash utility in each BIOS file for BIOS updates. Also, it's important that the motherboard uses ASRock's own Flash utility; unauthorized tools may harm the board. When checking the BIOS update listings on the site, I noticed they are only available for Ryzen 7000 series processors. I have only one chance to get this right.

I checked the instructions at the provided link and updated the BIOS. CPUz indicates BIOS version v3.10 now.
However, the main problem remains. The time before losing peripherals is increasing, and previously I could use the computer all day without issues, but now it fails within about an hour of inactivity. What should I do next?
