Hello everyone!
This is my first post on the forums since I recently purchased a gaming laptop with an Intel 6700K.
Everything functions smoothly without any throttling, though the CPU temperatures are decent, rarely reaching close to 80.
I know some people argue it's better suited for desktops, but in Project CARS it can go up to 84-85 and even hit 91, which HWmonitor and HWinfo have confirmed. Usually it stays in the 70s or lower, but that’s mainly because many games don’t heavily tax the CPU. Also, the CPU never reaches 100% in Project CARS either—it stays around 50%-55%. This depends on the game, but before that 84 was the highest reading I saw.
I’ve read that the standard voltage for a non-OC'd 6700K is 1.2v, and my readings show it’s between 1.3 and 1.33 max, which seems high.
I don’t plan to overclock the system at all; I prefer it to be stable and healthy.
My main question is: could you adjust the voltages? I’m a classical musician with limited tech experience, but I want to be sure.
If you have any screenshots or details, please share—I can provide them for more accurate advice.
Thank you very much for your help!

It's a Clevo Barebones P775 DM3-G. Which screenshots of the bios are required? Also, I've heard it's possible to devolt with XTU without using the bios. What do you mean by 'silicon lottery'? Does it refer to a faulty or overheating CPU? Thank you for your interest and answers.
