Hard crash occurred in Windows 10, upgraded to Windows 11 to check if it persisted, yes. Not overclocking, fans ran at full speed during a fresh install of Windows 11. Video fails to respond—displays static, USB functions (heard a ding from Overwatch, pressed enter but screen froze mid-screen). Specs: Core i9 9900k GTX 1070, latest Z390 AORUS PRO WIFI (rev. 1.0), Windows 11, no service packs installed in Event Viewer. Crashing can also happen at startup, so system will stay on the BIOS entry screen after power-on.

The mainboard is now updated to the newest release, and the graphics card has also been reinstalled.
