Performing a fresh installation of Windows 10
You can perform a clean installation by using the Windows 10 Pro installation media. Create a bootable USB or DVD, follow the setup wizard to erase your current OS and install a fresh version. Since you're keeping your hardware unchanged, this will give you a completely new operating system while preserving your components.
The simplest approach is to utilize the Windows Media Creation utility to generate a bootable setup environment for Windows on a USB flash drive with a minimum of 8GB storage. Before installing, format the USB and back up any essential information from your primary system partition, as this action will permanently erase data there. Non-system drives remain unaffected. Once prepared, configure the USB as a priority in your BIOS settings for booting. Launch the setup process through the USB drive and observe the partition list. Remove the main OS partition, then allocate a fresh partition on the same device before proceeding with installation. Follow the standard Windows installation steps afterward.

You can still use WMC even after installing an OS, as long as you're planning a clean installation on Windows 10.
