It might be the disk controller rearranging pages to balance wear. Low-end or budget SSDs are prone to this problem... P.S. relax

It’s clear the system is trying to load too much data at once, especially with the 8GB memory.

Turn off the page file and restart the system. Provide a list of your startup applications and the Task Scheduler settings.

Turned off the page file as mentioned earlier, but it continues to work (and restarted).

The data continues endlessly, one minute for every gigabyte.

I used Windows in safe mode without internet, but it kept writing. My main concern is whether an SSD should last three months when idle in Windows. I have 62,000 hours on the HDD and it’s still functioning well—zero errors and no bad sectors.

It operates every three minutes, storing one GB each day. In three and sixteen days it could accumulate nearly ten terabytes. Continuing at this rate would last about thirty-five days or 840 hours (power on count). If it exceeds five hundred gigabytes, it will stop functioning. If this behavior is typical, you should be fine.
