My shadowplay doesn’t capture audio, but the video looks okay. There are some visual glitches, but no game sounds. No clear solution found online—tried searching, but nothing useful.

Is your window volume set to the highest level? I experienced a similar issue before, where using inexpensive headphones made the sound seem very loud to me, but after watching the video it was almost silent.
