Gears of War 4 is coming with DX12! guru3D's performance analysis. Key points include:
- The game includes a comprehensive benchmarking tool to show system usage while playing (start at 6:50) and acts as a solid testing reference.
- "Insane" graphics options are available but not turned on by default, even with the Ultra setting. These are meant to keep the game future-proof and are quite intensive. You can find more details in the Digitalfoundry video linked above.

Looks like you manage to capture it at 30 frames per second with that setup.

The shop didn’t allow me to save it right away, but I might be able to get it later.

Avoid the game but stumbled upon a solid benchmark review. Great score for graphics performance.

The CPU comparison really stood out to me—it added a great finishing touch.

I got the hang of it after some initial hiccups. When I first attempted installation during preload windows, I kept running into errors. After launching, downloading just offered a purchase option. Eventually, after about half an hour of troubleshooting, it worked smoothly. I’m seeing 140 fps at 1080p on ultra with a 4790k at 4.6, 16GB RAM, and the 1080 sc is coming up for ultrawide. The game runs really well.
