I posted this on Reddit because I'm too lazy to recreate it all. My FPS stays at 60 even with VSync off and the limit set to unlimited. The limit disappears when using windowed fullscreen, which is strange.

Is this visible only in the menus/lobby or throughout the game? There might be a setting restricting your FPS. Look at the Fortnite graphics section—there’s an option for VSYNC (turn it off) and a frame limit near the top.
