Hello, my new PC features an Intel Core I5 10400F, an RTX 3060 from Asus, and 16GB of RAM. Previously, all games worked smoothly, but today I encountered a significant drop in performance. While playing Cyberpunk, frame rates plummeted from 70fps to just 4 FPS. This issue appears across multiple titles, including Fortnite, and I’m unsure how to resolve it. The drivers are current (NVIDIA Game Ready Driver 465.89). I tried running R6S, but only achieved a maximum of 10 FPS in a lobby. I’m frustrated with the situation. Topic is closed.
It isn't working. I'm trying to reinstall the Nvidia drivers, but I'm not sure how to do it.
I've already restarted my PC, and I don't want to reinstall Windows. My SSD holds a lot of crucial information.
Verify your CPU and GPU performance along with temperatures using a trustworthy application like MSI Afterburner or HWiNFO64. Task Manager isn't suitable for this purpose.
