Hey, I see your CPU has been clocking in at 3.7-4.2ghz even when not in use. You've updated the chipset drivers, set the power plan to Balance with AMD Optimized, and adjusted the minimum power state to 5%. Are there any other steps you could try?

The issue appears to be minor and common, as your CPU is already handling some tasks. Fixing it isn’t necessary unless you notice specific problems.

These are typical behavior for Ryzen 3000 series chips. They usually don’t allow downclocking unless you enable Power Saver mode in Windows power settings.
