Euro Truck Simulator 2 is running poorly. I'm seeing around 40% GPU usage and 15% CPU usage, yet the frame rate stays between 15 and 55 FPS. I've set it to 5760x1080 with maximum graphics settings except for AA and depth of field. My system temps are normal. I'm unsure why the game isn't making full use of my hardware. My setup includes an AMD FX 8350, EVGA GTX 780 Ti, Dual Bios, ACX Corsair, Dominator Platinum, 1600MHz, 16GB RAM.

You might want to look into your grandma's APU performance while playing. Your frame rate is low at 1440x900 with those poor settings—just let it run without the monitor artifacts or force the wrong aspect ratio.

I haven’t checked the CPU or GPU stats for a while while gaming, but I think it’s not very heavy. I remember it was set around 300%.
