It might be that the motherboard is receiving incorrect voltage, which could explain the issue. The power supply unit has been replaced twice.

But do you still have mat_queue in your launch commands or auto_exec settings? If it’s present, you’ll need to delete it. It causes issues now, making old video recommendations incorrect. It was modified during a recent update.

I attempted to insert or remove nothing but received the message "tells you all at start COMMANDS DON'T HELP," and it was mentioned that a friend didn't use commands or exec at an i5 7400/1050 with 2gb, achieving 200 fps in FPS benchmark without commands, sometimes around 140 to 142.

What's going on? These old 3rd gen I3 and 1050 Ti are reaching 130 fps at 1080p high settings.
Are you trying these startup options? Right-click on CS:GO in Steam, go to properties, click Startup Options:
- High -Threads 8
- cl_forcepreload 1
- d3d9ex
You can use it with or without d3d9ex.
Also, try adjusting FxAAA and filtering to the lowest settings.
Check if your windowed or fullscreen mode is enabled in Steam options.
Did you also set the FPS limit to 300 in the console?
