HI I have some issues with my PC. Friends with i5 6400 and i5 2500k paired with GTX 1050 2GB seem to perform better, achieving around 300 FPS on benchmark maps where I max out at 150-170. I tried using Windows 7 x64 launch commands to fix any unparked issues but nothing worked. My specs are: 1060, 6GB RAM, 16GB SSD, WD 500GB drive, Samsung 750GB, Corsair VS550W power supply, M35W silent case, MSI B85-G43 PCIe slot, and a 120GB ADATA SSD.

CS:GO relies a lot on the CPU. This allows him to achieve higher frame rates while playing due to its better CPU performance.

Confirm if your graphics settings match. Share the FPS numbers when both games are at maximum performance for a benchmark.

I use 1920x1080 low settings just like my friends, trust me I've tried everything I could do. Could it be that my motherboard or power supply is not working properly?

There seems to be an issue with the system that shouldn't exist on my PC.

I didn't receive any assistance, a fresh Windows installation or driver update reduced it to 388, nothing seems to work, this appears to be a PC problem.

Maybe a screenshot of your settings menu and a capture of RivaTuner during gameplay could help identify the problem? It seems like there might not be a hardware fault unless it's a clear failure.
