Laptops often lack dedicated RPM settings for GPUs due to limited cooling capacity. Once the processor heats up, performance tends to drop. It seems your GPU is struggling to maintain temperature and speed. This issue appears in some games more frequently than others.
I tried another game. The GPU was at full usage, the fan spun at 0 RPM, temperatures hit 91°C, and I think it’s now throttling. It wasn’t that way before.
Unless you're working in Blender or another highly optimized environment, it's best not to have everything loaded at once. In games this is particularly important. You should notice one thread handling most of the work while others manage less.
The game can only utilize four threads, and those threads performed around 85% of their capacity.
