I enjoy playing on my new Valve Index at first, thinking my system was more than enough. However, as Half Life Alyx progressed, performance dropped significantly—falling to 30-50 frames per second instead of the smooth over 100 fps I expected. This has led me to think about upgrading my hardware. My current setup includes a Ryzen 7 1700, an Nvidia 2080 GPU, and 32GB of RAM. Anyone familiar with this game and able to run it well?

I don't have a motherboard, but I can help you find information about it if you tell me your system requirements or what you're building.
