Games freeze and run at reduced frames, what’s happening? I updated my drivers last night. Performance dropped significantly—Forza Horizon 5 and Spider-Man barely ran at full GPU power. Spider-Man still works but crashes sometimes, while Forza gets stuck in the autoshow menu before failing. I haven’t tried other titles yet. This hasn’t happened before, nor any GPU-related issues. Purchased in November 2020. Looking into possible causes.

Have you thought about removing the drivers and using an older version instead? https://www.nvidia.com/download/find.aspx (choose Desktop RTX 2060). Their platform helps locate previous drivers. Sometimes newer versions cause problems, so reverting might fix things. I’d also explore DDU once the standard removal process is complete.
