Gaming feels sluggish despite high GPU usage. Current load is near maximum, yet power draw stays low and FPS drops significantly in stress tests. With the full 475W capacity, performance seems adequate. Consider checking cooling efficiency, driver updates, or potential thermal throttling issues.

You're asking about what they mean by a 'low framerate'. It refers to a video or animation that runs at fewer frames per second than typical, often resulting in a choppy or less smooth playback.

Download the program named GPUZ, install it and start using it. It should appear as expected. The highlighted section indicates everything is functioning properly. Ensure your GPU isn’t operating at a reduced bandwidth. If so, you may need to reinsert the GPU by turning it off, removing it, and reinserting it correctly.

All appears normal, PCIe X16 works and BIOS is set to PCIe Gen4. If issues exist, likely the hardware wasn't fully stressed during testing.
