Your GPU runs GDDR5 and is based on GF 208, so yes. If not, it's a rebranded GT 630 (GK108). The card isn't performing well lately, and even with the game's age, running GTA IV at 1080p won't improve your experience. Consider using mods like the one from gtainside.

I just wanted to see if it would work. My 6700k handled GTA V at 720p with integrated graphics fine. The top choice seems to be checking mods that boost performance. GTA IV wasn’t really optimized well.
