The image looks a bit dimmed. I adjusted my settings to prioritize performance, pushing the GPU to its maximum and achieving around 30 frames per second. This seems to be the solution—lowering graphics quality didn’t boost frames, but reduced GPU load did. The displayed metrics in the top corner show CPU, GPU temperature, RAM usage, and video frame rate.

The best power configurations might have disrupted the GPU's performance.

FS2020 is presently a DX11 title, indicating it's optimized for just four cores. 2) You shouldn't anticipate 100 frames per second with this game; even a 2080Ti struggles to reach 60fps at 4K with these settings. Still, I haven't run into problems playing FS2020 on my machine using an R5 3600 and an 1660 Super at 1080p with 150% scaling. My average is around 25-32fps, which isn't bad. Check this out for possible tips.

You achieve stable performance at 30 frames per second on your 1660 Super using Ultra at 1080p resolution.
