You're experiencing performance problems in Battlefield 1 with your GTX 1060 Strix setup. It's good you checked forums for advice, but since there were no replies, sharing your current specs again might help others. Let me know if you need more tips!

Ensure your processor isn't operating at maximum capacity. Battlefield 1 demands significant processing power, which may lead to performance problems if the system is overloaded.

It might be due to the limitation of reaching the highest possible score with a 1060.

Checking if you're pushing the CPU beyond its limit and monitoring temperatures. Also testing performance without using dx12, as some CPU/GPU pairs struggle with it.

Absolutely, I didn't realize that part was important. Your CPU usage stays consistently high during gameplay.

Classic bottleneck, i5's aren't sufficient for BF1. To fix this, you can try three options: 1. Overclock the CPU, 2. Disable background processes (like internet browsers, Steam, Skype), 3. Upgrade to an i7 processor.

They're likely working on a fix soon. If not, consider an i7 model that fits your needs and budget.
